Restorations

We restored this dutch colonial for a customer. He had originally thought of demolishing it because of the condition it was in. It had been run down and was unlivable. We convinced the customer that we could restore the house and give him all the modern amenities that he wanted. There had been so many renovations through the years that the original flooring could not be saved. We also had to cover the original beams due to massive damage from past work. In the end we saved a piece of American history from the bulldozers and provided a comfortable home with character for the future.
We have access to everything from wide pine plank flooring to victorian trim and have completed restorations on buildings from the 1600s through the 1800s. Call us for a free estimate.
